Petr Jehlička's talk at the webinar series ‘Environmental History Today’

On 10 March 2026, Petr Jehlička gave an invited talk at the European Society for Environmental History’s webinar series ‘Environmental History Today’. The introduction of the RESOURCE project to this new audience was followed by his presentation of early findings from the household food waste research in Czechia. Petr’s two presentations were part of the Department of Ethnology’s endeavour to showcase its work to environmental historians.
