First research trip to the Netherlands
Maike Melles undertook her first fieldtrip
In early April, RESOURCE team member Maike Melles undertook her first fieldtrip to the Netherlands. She met and interviewed a dozen participants for the diary study of the project. The respondents will keep seasonal diaries to record and reflect on their practices regarding the consumption, preservation and reuse of food and drinking water at home. Among the research materials the households received were measuring cups equipped with a lid to also keep track of liquid food waste, such as dairy products or tea and coffee leftovers.
