Conclusion of Diary Research in the Netherlands
Maike Melles finished the field phase of her research.
In March, Maike Melles conducted the concluding interviews with the participants in the diary study in the Netherlands. Together with around a dozen households, she reflected on their experiences following a year in which they had kept track of their food waste and water consumption. The study resulted in an extensive collection of completed diary booklets (one per resource and season) and a series of insightful discussions. Of course, a final visit by bike to one of the community fridges ('buurtkoelkast') was a must!
